Information: Little Details
This is a section about little details and trivia that are just fun to know! (Thank you to Ian Justman for the help!)
1. When Haruko mentions her having quit a job to work at a neighborhood daycare center, look at the two kids on the playset there... (It's in episode twelve, Haruko's dialogue starts at 17'18" into the show. The very next shot, starting at about 17'23" is where you see the two kids.)
2. During the final scene, we see a telephoto shot of Yukito and Misuzu.... but no Sora. Is that supposed to happen? Though Takao's explanation sorta bears that out.
3. Those two kids' hair colors look mightily suspiciously like... Ryuuya's and Kanna's.
4. The three schoolgirls Yukito speaks with in episode 2 are characters from Kanon, which was also produced by Key/Visual Arts. They are, from left to right (as Yukito looks at them): Tsukimiya Ayu, Minase Nayuki, and Sawatari Makoto.
5. The book Minagi Tohno is reading in episode 5 is Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince) written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
6. When capturing the cicada ("semi", in Japanese) in ep 11, Haruko calls herself a “semitori obasan,” a “cicada-catching old woman”. This is a pun on “Sumotori”, a sumo wrestler.
