The Doglefox is also an uncommon card (rarer than common and less-rare than rare!) You have to tap one of your Neopets to use a Doglefox, and to do so you place the Doglefox under your Neopet. The Doglefoxes stats are added onto your Neopets stats in every contest. So if your Neopet had an 8 for Strength, and you are in the Strength Arena you now have a total of 10! Bear in mind that you don't have to equip the Doglefox to the Neopet that you tap, you can tap one Neopet to give the Doglefox to another!

Although the Doglefox may not provide as much of a bonus as cards such as Meowclops and Hasee, it does have the neat side-effect of negating any Petpets that your opponent is using. It's a gamble when playing against a new opponent, but if you use a Doglefox against a deck full of Petpets its going to give you a great advantage.

There are a couple of Item cards that could also help you out if you like using Petpets. Petpetnip for example will double all the statistics of your Petpets in a challenge (and its also worth a few points in the bank). But beware of the card Turmaculus Strikes! The last thing you need is for your Doglefox to become a mid-morning snack!
